Free tracked shipping on orders $60+. A flat $5.00 shipping fee applies to orders under $60. All shipping charges are tax-exclusive (we do not charge tax on shipping at checkout).

⏱ Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 24h (business days). Typical transit times after your calm tools are dispatched:

  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • UK & Europe: 6–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days
  • Rest of World: 8–18 business days

💰 Duties & Taxes

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, international customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, or brokerage fees. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Customs charges are non-refundable. If a delivery is refused due to these fees, the original shipping costs and any customs return penalties will be deducted from your final refund.
